As a team lead in an intensive care unit, you combine leadership responsibility with direct work at the patient's bedside. In a clinic in Zürich, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with further training as a Dipl. Expertin Intensivpflege NDS HF or Dipl. Experte Intensivpflege NDS HF with a workload of 80 – 100 %. You lead an interprofessional team professionally and personally, plan the shifts, accompany your employees in their professional development, and assist in the care of patients requiring intensive care. What awaits you in this challenging task • Professional and organizational leadership of a team of around 20 employees in the intensive care unit • Active participation in nursing as well as support for the team in shift operations • Coordination of intensive care and monitoring beds in close cooperation with intensive care physicians • Ensuring and further developing quality standards in intensive care • Conducting employee appraisals, qualifications, and targeted promotion of employees • Organization and management of team meetings as well as participation in projects and further developments • Interdisciplinary cooperation with various specialist departments in the hospital What you bring with you • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF or FH as well as further training as a Dipl.
