What you do You support the sales management as well as general agencies with strategic and operational questions across all segments (life, non-life as well as private and corporate customer business). You analyze and comment on business developments, identify trends and potentials and derive concrete recommendations for action from them to improve business results. You prepare presentations, reports and dashboards and ensure a high quality and significance of the underlying key figures. You work with internal and external data sources, gain relevant insights and prepare them in an appropriate manner for different target groups. You work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, act as a fact-based sparring partner and continuously develop performance management, KPIs and management instruments.
