You make every visit a unique experience - from the first interaction to advice in the fitting rooms, through to assistance at the checkout and on the sales floor. Your goal: excellent service in all circumstances and an inspiring shopping experience. In addition, you handle the processing of deliveries, the replenishment of goods and the attractive presentation of our latest collections. With your open-mindedness and enthusiasm, you create an environment that brings our brand to life. You accompany our customers with sincere commitment and proactive service - as a team, you create moments that count. Experience in customer service and knowledge of our products and their characteristics is an asset, but not indispensable. Qualifications • Customer orientation: You enjoy contact with people and are committed to offering excellent service. • Adaptability & flexibility: You react quickly and effectively to changing priorities and customer wishes. • Spirit of initiative: You act proactively, take initiatives and carry out tasks with quality. • Communication skills: You show a genuine interest in people, communicate clearly and listen actively to understand perspectives and needs. • Willingness to learn: You are open to feedback and constantly seek development opportunities. • Passion for the brand: You have passion for our brand and our collection and share this enthusiasm with customers. • Flexibility in schedules: You are ready to work at different times, including evenings and weekends. • Good knowledge of German Desirable, but not indispensable • Knowledge of store operations and customer service thanks to previous experience in retail Additional Information This is a part-time permanent position with a contract of 8 hours per week / Saturdays.
