Your mission:
You develop and maintain long-term and strategic relationships with customers and applicants and offer advisory recruitment solutions that meet their needs.
Supported by your Area Manager, you lead a team of employees who support you in achieving and exceeding your goals.
You coordinate the needs of job seekers and companies with each other, thereby ensuring the satisfaction of the applicants and contributing to the recruitment success of the customers.
You pay particular attention to good customer care in your branch and use every opportunity that arises to acquire new customers or tap into new markets.
Within the framework of the internal guidelines of Manpower and in strict compliance with legal standards (AVG, ArG, GAV, etc.), you ensure entrepreneurial responsibility towards customers and employees (tariffs, wages).
You ensure the observance of professional ethics, the duty of confidentiality, and the duty to inform towards all your contact persons (applicants, customers, employees).
You strive to maximize the possibilities within your given market to exceed predefined goals for yourself, your branch, and Manpower.
You are responsible for leading your team in an inspiring way and directing them in their sales activities to achieve outstanding results.
Your profile:
Commercial basic training
Leadership experience in the HR area
High customer orientation, strong sales flair, and enthusiasm
High professional competence and enthusiasm for the products and services of Manpower
You communicate orally and in writing in German, ideally in Swiss German, as well as in English; further language skills are an advantage
Excellent command of common IT tools such as MS Office, Internet, Outlook
High digital affinity and a very good understanding of social media.
