Senior Strategic Project Manager (80 -100%) # Zurich | up to 40% Home Office possible | Reference 8201 Do you want to actively help shape strategic projects in payment transactions? Are you enthusiastic about complex issues at the interface of banking, technology, regulation, and market needs? Then become part of our Strategy and Future Business team at SIX Banking Services. We develop and manage initiatives that further develop Swiss payment transactions and support banks in implementing new requirements and business opportunities. These are your tasks ## • lead strategic initiatives in the payment transactions and banking environment, from problem structuring and analysis to implementation. • develop target images, business cases, value propositions, operating models, and roadmaps for new or further developed services. • analyze market, customer, technology, and regulatory developments and derive concrete options for action for SIX Banking Services from them. • lead cross-divisional projects with internal specialist departments, banks, technology partners, and external service providers and create alignment across different interests. • prepare content for senior management, steering committees, and other stakeholders in a concise, analytically strong, and decision-oriented manner. What you bring with you ## • at least 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic transformation, ideally in the financial services or payment transactions environment. • demonstrable experience in independently leading complex strategic projects with multiple stakeholder groups and management exposure. • strong skills in analysis, structuring, and synthesis as well as experience with executive recommendations, business cases, and management-ready presentations. • strong communication and moderation skills to lead workshops, prepare decisions, and mobilize stakeholders without formal line responsibility. • very good German and English skills in speaking and writing • knowledge in payments, digital banking, banking operations, platform models, or regulatory topics is an advantage.
