Die Schule Kappeli Primar is a QUIMS school (Quality in multicultural schools) in Kreis 9, in the Grünau district of Zürich. It places great importance on promoting a sense of community and sees the cultural diversity of its students as an enrichment. The school is surrounded by a green park and has its own school garden. Additionally, a children's playground serves as a popular meeting point for children to play and linger both during school hours and outside of them. Currently, Schule Kappeli Primar consists of 11 kindergartens and 19 primary classes. We run four kindergarten after-school care centers, three primary after-school care centers, as well as a morning table. We are looking for a suitable personality for our Schule Kappeli Primar as of 01. October 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• Co-design / Co-leadership of the supplementary school care
• Interprofessional cooperation
• Parental work
• Collaboration in the holiday care (2-5 weeks)

Profile ##

• Pedagogical training HF/FH or teaching diploma
• Experience in leading team members and children's groups
• Positive view of people and solution-oriented attitude
• good and clear communication skills
• resilience and flexibility (desire to further develop the care offerings)
• humor
