Team Lead IT Operations 80-100% (m,f,d)
Your tasks
Functional and personnel leadership and further development of our three-person infrastructure and platform team.
Sparring partner of the Head of IT and the IT Architect in the strategic further development of our IT landscape and digitalization.
Around 60 % of your activity, you work as an engineer and realize technical solutions in the areas of infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, and modern workplace.
Planning, management, and implementation of infrastructure projects – from conception to successful introduction.
Responsibility for the lifecycle management of our IT infrastructure as well as its continuous further development.
Evaluation and introduction of new technologies as well as optimization of existing platforms and processes.
Support of the team in operational operations and processing of support requests during bottlenecks.
Ensuring a stable, secure, and future-proof IT operation.
What you bring with you
Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ (platform development or system technology), a degree in the field of computer science, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations.
Experience in functional leadership, coordination, or management of a small team is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of modern infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Experience with Kubernetes clusters as well as virtualization solutions, ideally Proxmox VE.
Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
High service orientation as well as enjoyment of working with different stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and team spirit.
Experience in the planning, prioritization, and coordination of infrastructure and operational tasks.
