Your tasks ###

• Personnel and professional leadership of a team of around eight people
• Shaping appreciative and trusting cooperation based on our leadership principles
• Accompanying and promoting the professional and personal development of employees
• Responsibility for work quality, resource planning, and the operational management of the team
• Independent processing of administrative measure proceedings
• Active co-design of changes and optimization of processes
