Service Attache Operations Staff on Call 10%

These are your tasks
Prepare lounge area according to specifications before opening
You provide lounge customers with efficient and friendly service, ensuring that all needs are recognized and met
You actively build relationships and interaction with customers
Responsible, careful handling of food, beverages and work equipment
Responsible for the cleanliness of the assigned station
Refilling and cleaning the service station according to the cleaning plan, leaving the service station clean for the following day
General cleaning work
Daily exchange/feedback with supervisor
The Premium Lounge has a 7-day week
What we expect from you
Experience in service is an advantage
Communicative and open personality with enjoyment in guest contact
Quick comprehension, independent, flexible and highly motivated
Strong ability to work in a team
Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
In this position you have a lot of scope for action and personal responsibility and work in an exciting and dynamic environment. Although we are part of a global player, in our small team we live a pronounced "hands-on" mentality.
