You enjoy the overarching management of demanding construction projects with a focus on SIA-Phase 3. From project planning to the building application, you accompany our clients and ensure the optimal handover to our construction management. You coordinate projects in different contract and realization models, from individual service provider to general planner mandates. As a central contact person, you lead interdisciplinary planning teams, control processes and keep quality, costs and deadlines in view at all times.

You bring many years of experience in the independent management of renovation and new construction projects. You have enjoyed training as an Architect, Site Manager, Construction Technician or Project Manager Construction. Your great motivation - the joy of working with architects, planners & clients - is complemented by your sound professional experience. You impress with your reliability, negotiation skills & assertiveness. In addition, you are a passionate team player who enjoys contributing to an innovative team.
