For an established general planning and construction management office in Zürich and Rapperswil, we are looking for a Project Manager or a General Project Manager. The company plans and realises demanding new builds and renovations -- often for the public sector and in cooperation with renowned architecture firms. The work spans all SIA project phases: from early coordination to cost- and schedule-compliant execution.

You will take responsibility for the project processing of medium-sized structural engineering projects. You will lead and accompany projects between the client, architecture, specialist planning, authorities, and contractors. You will handle correspondence, minutes, and schedule coordination independently. You bear responsibility for project costs, supplementary work management, and construction accounting and coordinate several parallel construction projects. The role requires a confident appearance, assertiveness, and an overview of organization, costs, and interfaces.

We are looking for a person with a completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction technology and with professional experience in the construction or project management of medium-sized structural engineering projects. Experience in the Swiss construction industry is an advantage. You work proactively, responsibly, and efficiently, have an affinity for digital working methods and tools, bring high social competence and commitment, and formulate stylish German in spoken and written form. Driving license category B is an advantage. Workload 80 - 100 %, permanent employment.
