Job description:

• Project Management: Independent management of customer projects including responsibility for budget, quality, and deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Central contact person for customers and internal teams from Investment Management, Accounting, Controlling, and IT.
• System Implementation: Accompanying the entire process from requirements analysis through testing and data migration to go-live.
• Requirements Management: Analysis and translation of complex customer requirements into technical and functional solutions.
• Training and Support: Conducting customer training and ensuring a successful system introduction.
• Optimization and Further Development: Close cooperation with development teams for the continuous improvement of functions, processes, and systems.

Requirements:

• Education: Completed studies in BWL, Finance, Accounting, Wirtschaftsinformatik or comparable multi-year professional experience in the financial sector.
• Industry Experience: Sound experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Family Office environments, ideally with portfolio management systems.
• Project Management: Experience in the independent management of IT implementations, migrations, and digitalization projects in the financial sector.
• Investment Know-how: Very good understanding of investment processes, asset classes, transaction processing, and performance measurement.
• Accounting and Regulation: Sound knowledge in securities accounting, valuation methods, as well as the Swiss financial market and its regulation.
• Technical Competence: High IT affinity, experience in system configuration and parameterization, as well as very good Excel skills.
• Personal Strengths: Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, quick comprehension, and a strong hands-on mentality.
• Organization and Communication: Experience in the parallel management of several customer projects as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages: Business fluent German and English skills; other national languages are an advantage.
