We are growing, and our team needs reinforcement. We are therefore looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a:

Dispatch Center Employee

for varied, interesting activities in the following areas:
alarm processing (EMA / BMA / HLS) / reception as well as registration of visitors / journal keeping / reporting / answering calls / booking appointments / forwarding information / control and supervision of employees in the field / duty planning in case of absences or short-term orders / material and vehicle release / supervision of the guard control system / interventions and front services in emergencies

We specifically address loyal, conscientious and flexible persons with a structured way of working. Working hours also include nights and weekends.

Requirement Profile

• Impeccable reputation and stable financial circumstances
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• CH / EU citizens or C-permit
• Oral English skills
• Experience in a dispatch center or in security services with the willingness to learn new things
• Good PC user skills of the common Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliability and readiness for irregular shift working hours (also at night and on weekends)
• Stress resistance, well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Confident appearance as well as resilience, even in difficult situations.
• Driver's license and own car an advantage
