Tasks

• Leadership and supervision of the billing team including personnel resource planning, task coordination and employee development
• Ensuring correct, complete and timely billing
• Examination and processing of services, invoices, cost estimates and cost approvals
• Processing of patient inquiries and invoice complaints
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as development and implementation of efficient workflows
• Creation, monitoring and presentation of relevant KPIs and key figures
• Close cooperation with clinic and team management, reception, practitioners, finance/controlling, IT, HR as well as external partners

Profile

• Sound vocational or further education in the field of finance, accounting or comparable qualification; min. 6 years of professional experience
• Leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of dental tariff and billing systems as well as in the calculation of cost estimates is an advantage
• Experience in process design and change management
• High affinity for numbers as well as a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness, conflict management skills, negotiation skills and discretion
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
