Your area of responsibility * You independently manage the accounting for several company-owned pension funds and also maintain the corresponding subsidiary ledgers, especially for securities and real estate * You independently prepare the annual financial statements and create the annual accounts including notes according to Swiss GAAP FER 26 * For auditing bodies and external stakeholders, you compile the necessary documents and act as a contact person during the annual audits * At the annual board of foundation meetings, you present the audited annual accounts * In addition, you actively participate in projects for the further development and optimization of accounting processes and the accounting software used * In doing so, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as IT, technical administration, management, and auditing bodies
Live potentials
Your strengths * You have a commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or in the field of occupational pension schemes * Several years of professional experience of at least three to five years in pension fund accounting distinguishes you * You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of the accounting software Abacus is an additional advantage * Your way of working is motivated, structured, and team-oriented * Furthermore, you convince through your organizational talent, your independence and flexibility, as well as through the ability to set priorities correctly and meet deadlines reliably * You have very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written form; good French skills are an advantage
