As a social worker in the Sozialzentrum Selnau, you will accompany adult clients a little way on their journey and, together with them, seek sustainable solutions for sustainable professional and social integration. For our committed team in the Sozialzentrum Selnau, we are looking for reinforcement starting from January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You advise and accompany adults in economic social assistance and in adult protection.
• You advise and accompany adult clients in financial and social difficulties - at eye level and with a clear view of their resources.
• Securing existence is not paperwork for us, but the foundation on which everything else is built: you arrange economic social assistance and carry out civil law mandates in adult protection. Two worlds, one goal - and guaranteed no routine.
• Yes, this also includes weighing up between supporting and setting boundaries. It is precisely this tension that makes the work professionally demanding - and honest.
• You record your work traceably in the case management system (FFS).

Profile ##

• University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work
• Experience in economic social assistance and/or adult protection
• Commercial organizational flair and confidence in financial topics
• The ability to quickly grasp complex situations and to take on different roles in counseling and care
• Sovereignty, clarity and a professional handling of different concerns and expectations
