Job Description ##

• Independent support and management of a varied portfolio of SME, start-up, and private clients
• Management of financial and payroll accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR & Swiss Gaap
• Preparation of VAT returns as well as support with tax declarations for natural and legal persons
• Advising clients on fiduciary, financial, and business management issues
• Accompanying company formations, restructurings, and other entrepreneurial projects
• Direct contact person for clients, authorities, and external partners
• Support during audits and other examinations
• Collaboration in the digitalization and optimization of internal processes
• Depending on experience, taking on technical responsibility as well as supporting younger team members

The Successful Applicant ##

• Commercial basic training with further training in fiduciary or accounting, ideally federal diploma in fiduciary or finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary, finance, or accounting
• Sound experience in the preparation and analysis of annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Good knowledge of Swiss tax law and value-added tax
• Experience in the independent management of client mandates
• Proficient use of MS Office and common ERP/accounting systems; Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; good English skills are an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High customer orientation, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Professional appearance and enjoyment of a varied activity
