Data & Analytics Consultant, 80-100% (w/m/d)

As an in-house Data & Analytics Consultant, you will take on a central role within Group HR at the interface between the department, IT, and Data & Analytics. You will understand technical requirements, structure complex issues, and transfer them into sustainable data, reporting, and analytics solutions together with the relevant stakeholders. In doing so, you will combine analytical thinking with technical understanding, implementation strength, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality. Living diversity Your area of responsibility ## • Recording, structuring, and prioritizing requirements from different stakeholder groups as well as coordinating with HR, IT, and Data & Analytics • Translating technical requirements into concrete data, reporting, and implementation concepts and accompanying the implementation until successful introduction • Controlling and coordinating reporting and analytics initiatives - from the idea to testing and change management to sustainable anchoring in day-to-day business • Analyzing and interpreting HR data as well as deriving concrete findings and recommendations for action for departments and management • Actively developing the HR reporting and analytics landscape and co-designing data-driven solutions and processes Living potential Your strengths ## • Completed degree in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science, or comparable qualification • Several years of relevant professional experience in an analytics, reporting, BI, or project-oriented environment • Very good technical understanding of data structures, data flows, interfaces, as well as BI and data warehouse and in reporting and analytics solutions (e.g., Power BI) • Experience in independently driving topics and dealing with different stakeholders on the technical and IT side • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working method combined with high implementation strength • Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking Your place of work ## Bleicherweg 33, 8002 Zürich Your contact ## Talent Acquisition Manager Isabelle Mock\+41 43 284 3186 contact form
