The company based in Zürich combines comprehensive competence in architecture, planning, and construction management. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed draftsperson specializing in architecture with an 80-100 % workload, starting immediately (or by arrangement).

Your field of activity:

• You are responsible for the execution planning from the building permit onwards
• You independently develop, construct, and plan execution and detail plans in Archicad
• You prepare supplementary submissions in cooperation with authorities and official bodies after the building application/permit has been issued
• You work closely with specialist planners, construction managers, and contractors
• You check execution and workshop plans from external planners and contractors
• You participate actively in planning and execution meetings
• You lead and coordinate the specialist engineers within the framework of the execution planning

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a Draftsperson Specialization Architecture, Technician in Structural Engineering, or as an Architect and bring professional experience in execution planning
• You are proficient in detail construction, workshop planning, and construction processes
• You have good knowledge of Swiss building standards
• You work independently, precisely, and with a high awareness of quality
• You enjoy the implementation of modern architecture
• You communicate confidently and bring the necessary sensitivity in dealing with contractors, authorities, and clients
