About Our Client ##

An established gearbox company in Zürich looking for technically skilled employees for the consultation and support of existing customers in the field of mechanical engineering and drive technology.

Job Description ##

• Technical consultation and support of existing customers in the field of gearboxes and drive technology
• Development of customer-specific solutions in close cooperation with internal specialist departments
• Creation and processing of offers as well as technical clarification of customer inquiries
• Support in the selection and design of suitable gearboxes and drive components
• Coordination and accompaniment of customer orders from the inquiry to delivery
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Close cooperation with sales, design, and other internal interfaces

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed technical vocational training in mechanical engineering, for example as a polymechanic, designer, or production mechanic
• Strong technical understanding and interest in machines, gearboxes, and drive technology
• Enjoyment of customer contact and solution-oriented technical consultation
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented personality
• Good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Initial experience in technical sales or customer consulting is welcome, but not mandatory
