Bicycle Courier Coffee Machine Service (60%)

Do you love cruising through the city on two wheels and providing people with good coffee to make their day? As a Gavetti Bicycle Courier (starting immediately, 60%) in Zürich, you are the face of FELFEL on-site and independently ensure that our corporate customers experience perfect coffee enjoyment every day. You will visit approx. 7-8 corporate customers per day, check on-site if everything is okay with the Gavetti (coffee machine), and refill the necessary materials such as milk, coffee beans, tea, and sugar. Additionally, you perform a cleaning of every machine and address customer feedback in the process. After your visit, the Gavetti should be inviting and clean so that the customer can enjoy another coffee! Our motto: 'Go the extra mile!' – We do everything to delight our customers. Independently visit our coffee machine locations at companies throughout Zürich using the cargo E-bike. Establish contact with our customers on-site and react attentively to questions and feedback. Perform thorough cleanings of the Gavetti coffee machines and ensure compliance with all hygiene guidelines. Regularly refill coffee beans, tea, sugar, and milk, and replace them as needed. Dispose of compostable coffee grounds bags properly in the warehouse. Reliably document all work steps via the delivery app, product scans, and photos. Assemble required materials in the warehouse and load the cargo E-bike for your daily tour (working hours approx. 15:00 to 20:00/21:00). Your working day normally begins around 15:00. First, you assemble the required materials for your tour in the warehouse and load the cargo E-bike. After complete loading, you drive to the pre-determined companies and perform the service and the associated reporting on-site. A tour usually lasts until approximately 20:00 or 21:00. You work independently. During your working hours, you are in contact with the dispatcher team by phone or via our messaging system if required. Experience in service or in the food delivery industry with regular customer contact is a plus. Warm personality: You 'sell' Customer Happiness - this always starts with a warm smile at FELFEL.
