This is what awaits you with us ##

• You will deal intensively with our operational processes and procedures and develop a deep understanding of how our day-to-day business works.
• You will analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement, and derive optimization and automation approaches from them. In doing so, you will work closely with employees and specialists in Operations as well as Process Management.
• You will record optimization requests from the specialist departments, question and structure them, and develop clear functional requirements and solution proposals from them.
• You will act as a link between Operations and Process Management. For larger process and system adjustments, you will prepare the requirements from a functional perspective and support their implementation. You will implement smaller optimizations independently and pragmatically.
• You will support the standardization, simplification, and digitalization of processes and thus contribute to the continuous further development of our area.

This is what you bring with you ##

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in the field of Business Analysis, further development of processes and digital solutions, or experience in occupational pension
• Enjoyment of operational processes and complex processes
• Analytical and structured way of thinking and a sense for simpler, more efficient, and more digital processes
• Enjoyment of conceptual work, high quality awareness, initiative, and a solution-oriented way of working
