You enjoy an exciting and versatile hub function with varied administrative activities. You support our construction and project managers from the tender phase until the completed project. You ensure smooth processes in the submission and quotation system, write protocols, coordinate appointments and support in construction accounting. In doing so, you are part of a dedicated, cross-location admin pool of 7 colleagues who regularly exchange ideas across cantonal borders via Teams.

You have completed basic training in an office or service sector. Regarding the topic of architecture & construction, your heart also beats faster and you like to be the helpful hand in the team. You are proficient in using MS-Office and ideally possess Messerli knowledge. You impress through reliability, organizational talent as well as an exact way of working. Additionally, you are a humorous & passionate team player and like to contribute proactively to the action.
