Your tasks * You are the first point of contact at the reception and on the phone and ensure a friendly and professional first contact. * You answer inquiries from our patients, by telephone and in writing, and forward them to the correct departments if necessary. * You support our therapists and doctors with administrative tasks and ensure that the patient documentation is complete and up to date. * You take care of incoming and outgoing mail. * You undertake versatile administrative tasks and contribute to ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the background. What you bring * You have successfully completed your KV apprenticeship or the Handelsmittelschule (HMS) and are interested in the healthcare sector. * You are open, empathetic and communicative; a friendly and appreciative manner with our patients is a matter of course for you. * Even when it gets hectic, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview. * You work reliably, independently and like to pitch in. * You are proficient in using MS Office and quickly find your way around new IT applications.
