For the specialist unit for digital planning, construction, and operation, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement. Tasks You actively help shape the digital transformation of the Tiefbauamt and further develop data-centered planning, construction, and operation throughout the entire lifecycle of infrastructure facilities. You advise project managers in the field of digital planning, construction, and operation and accompany BIM construction projects regarding technical and methodological questions. You lead and process projects of the BIM programs of the city and the Tiefbauamt and projects with an innovative character from the digitalization project portfolio of the Tiefbauamt. You further develop standards, processes, and tools, apply them, and identify and implement contemporary and new technological solutions in close cooperation with stakeholders from the fields of GIS, data management, and IT (e.g., AI-supported data management, automation, Linked Data, etc.). You document findings, establish best practices, and represent the interests of the Tiefbauamt in city-wide as well as external specialist committees in order to sustainably promote knowledge exchange and the further development of digital information management. Profile University degree as a civil engineer, architect, geomatics engineer, construction informatics specialist, or comparable training Several years of experience in digital planning, construction, and operation as an information manager or in the management of projects in the field of digitalization in the construction industry Experience in the lateral leadership of project employees and working group members Extensive knowledge of various data schemas in open as well as proprietary data formats as well as user knowledge in systems for modeling, coordination, and quality control of structural data and models Analytical and networked thinking and acting, problem-solving orientation, willingness to learn, integration capability, and a confident manner towards a wide variety of stakeholders as well as proficient German in speaking and writing We offer The opportunity to help shape the future of the largest city.
