Your tasks Monitoring and optimizing the disposition processes Ensuring timely and efficient processing Planning and coordination of vehicle deliveries and stocks Administrative processing from the vehicle order to delivery to the customer Direct contact person for importers and local representatives Submission and tracking of sales premiums Booking and control of the corresponding credits Careful and structured management of customer dossiers Diverse administrative work for the sales department Assistance at events, as well as in other areas Your profile Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in disposition, ideally in the automotive industry Organizational skills and a structured way of working Good communication skills and team spirit Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage; good ösischkenntnisse are a great advantage.
