Drive the ongoing development of the site-s HSE strategy and continuously enhance health, safety, and environmental performance
Lead the advancement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001), ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and applicable legal requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders, supporting inspections, audits, and certification processes
Oversee risk assessments, environmental evaluations, and incident investigations, ensuring the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions
Foster a strong and sustainable safety culture through targeted training, awareness initiatives, and close collaboration with managers and employees
Develop, implement, and coordinate emergency response and crisis management processes, including the planning and execution of drills and exercises
Ensure accurate and meaningful HSE reporting while actively contributing to global HSE initiatives and the sharing of best practices across the organization

Qualification as an Occupational Safety and Health specialist (ASGS) or Occupational Safety and Health Expert (ASGS)
Knowledge of Swiss legislation related to occupational health and safety, environmental management, and compliance
Long-term experience in an HSE role within an industrial or logistics environment
Solid experience in the implementation, continuous improvement, and auditing of management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Very good german and english language skills
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Resilient and collaborative personality with a high level of accountability, strong prioritization skills, and a genuine passion for safety culture and continuous improvement
