Tasks & Challenges

• Management of the accounting of various companies
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Integration of new companies
• Unifying and optimizing processes
• Contact person for human resources
• Responsible for the time tracking system
• Introduction of the new ERP system
• Various project tasks

Qualifications & Competencies

• Further training for the federal diploma in finance and accounting or a higher business administration qualification
• Min. 5 years of finance experience
• Proficient in closing accounts
• Independent, exact, and reliable way of working
• Good analytical understanding as well as interest in processes and tools
• Initiative and a hands-on mentality
• Proficient IT skills, Abacus is a great advantage
• German as a native language as well as good English skills, French is an advantage
