Job Description Set up job subscription   Real Estate Asset Manager in Zürich (m/f/d) # Asset Management / Zürich / Experienced / Permanent/ 100% ## As Real Estate Asset Manager for the Eastern/Central Switzerland region - Greater Zürich area, you ensure the owner representation of a mixed real estate portfolio and contribute your extensive expertise to optimize the performance of the existing properties. What you will achieve with us ## In your role as owner representative, you lead and monitor the commissioned property management companies. Furthermore, you develop individual property strategies and budget specifications and are responsible for sustainable cash flow. Additionally, you independently manage single-tenant properties.   Besides this, you analyze rental income (market rents), plan and optimize the repair/maintenance of individual properties, and continuously monitor tenant needs and the energy efficiency of the properties. To this end, you participate in the further development of internal departmental processes and projects.   You participate in investment projects, integrate new properties into the portfolio, and issue and are responsible for the corresponding marketing and initial leasing mandates. You actively maintain contact with important tenants, single tenants, and other market participants. What you bring with you ## • Higher vocational education in real estate management (e.g., federal diploma Real Estate Fiduciary SVIT, MAS Real Estate Management or similar) • Very good knowledge in the areas of real estate management, marketing, and valuation, as well as good IT user skills • Several years of professional experience in the management of residential and commercial buildings • High sense of responsibility, initiative, confident appearance, and strong negotiation skills, as well as being a team player • Native German language Working with us ## A cheerful and motivated team awaits you.
