BIM-/CDE-Consultant (80–100%) (w/m/d)

Your Mission
You bring BIM and digital collaboration into practice. As a BIM-/CDE-Consultant, you accompany our customers in designing their planning and construction projects more efficiently, transparently, and in a more networked manner using BIM and modern digital methods. You understand their processes and challenges, translate them into practical solutions, and ensure that Catenda creates real added value in everyday project work. In doing so, you combine construction practice, technology, and people -- from the first presentation through to the introduction and successful application in an ongoing project.

Your tasks

• Presentation of our BIM-/CDE solution Catenda at architecture and engineering firms, GU/TU and construction companies
• Analysis of customer requirements as well as consulting on the introduction and optimal use of Catenda
• Accompanying customers during ongoing projects and providing support with technical and application-related questions
• Conducting training sessions and workshops
• Technical and professional support of sales during customer appointments
• Building long-term customer relationships and providing consulting regarding BIM, CDE, and digital collaboration in real estate and infrastructure projects

What you bring with you

• Training as an architect, civil engineer, or in a comparable profession in the construction industry -- alternatively several years of relevant professional experience in the BIM environment
• Good knowledge of BIM processes and digital project collaboration
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a confident appearance during presentations, consultations, and training
• Ability to convey complex topics in an understandable and practical manner
• Initiative, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills, in order to be able to communicate with customers in a professional and expert manner
• Willingness to develop yourself into a Catenda expert
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland

Advantageous

• Experience with platforms such as Catenda, Dalux, Buildagil, Smino or comparable solutions
• Additional national languages
