Job Coach (Substitute position with option for extension)

The Förderverein cocomo is a nonprofit organization based in Zürich with another location in the Canton of Bern. Since 2003, we have been working successfully for the professional integration of various target groups. For the offerings Schnuppercoaching, Lehrstellenmatching and Ausbildungsbegleitung, which were developed in cooperation with the SVA Zürich, we are looking in Zürich from 1. November 2026 (or by arrangement) for a fixed term until the end of July 2027 for a Job Coach (Substitute position with option for extension) ## What awaits you: • You advise and support adolescents and young adults with physical or • psychological challenges in their career choice and integration • Together with them, you develop realistic and sustainable integration strategies • You actively help them in the search for trial and apprenticeship positions and establish contacts • to companies in the primary labor market • During training, you provide support and advice as a coach • You work closely with teachers, companies, parents, guardians and therapists • As a contact person for referring agencies (IV), you keep the flow of information running • You keep all participants up to date with goal-oriented reports • You can also participate as a job coach in our programs for refugee adolescents and adults What you bring with you: • A suitable degree in Supported Education, Jobcoaching or an MAS in Berufs-, Studien- und Laufbahnberatung • Initial experience in counseling, ideally in the IV sector, as well as a good sense for people with special challenges • A real passion for working with young people - you meet them where they are • You are communicative, professional and keep an eye on the labor market • High service orientation and a pinch of tenacity to find the best solutions Why you are exactly right for us: • Meaningful work - you make a difference in the lives of young people • Great team - we support each other and work at eye level • Diverse tasks - no two days are the same Sounds exciting?
