As a Team Leader, you make an important contribution to smooth and punctual flight operations (operating hours 7 days a week, 04:00 to 23:00). Constructive cooperation with the various stakeholders is very important to you and you actively participate in solving tasks. You are an organizational talent, possess a high sense of responsibility, and maintain an overview even in complex contexts. You enjoy taking on responsibility and are an integrative personality with high social and leadership competence. Your job destination ##

• You have the operational and personnel responsibility for the operation of the baggage sorting system during your shift
• Administrative activities as well as assignments in the control room of the baggage sorting system are also part of your area of responsibility
• You ensure the quality of the services to be provided in consultation with the interface partners
• During the absence of the head of the office, you are their deputy in operations
• You take on the personnel and technical leadership of a group of control room and plant operators

Your skills in the baggage ##

• You have completed vocational training as well as professional experience in an aviation and/or logistical/technical activity
• Customer- and service-oriented action is a matter of course for you
• Your team colleagues wish for an open and cheerful new team member with humor and team spirit
• You possess confident communication and feel comfortable dealing with people from different cultures
• You regularly question existing processes and find it easy to introduce new ideas
• In order to be able to perform all shifts, you possess a Category B driver's license
