To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an engaged personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, who enjoys actively managing real estate, taking on responsibility, and contributing through their commitment to the smooth operation of a versatile portfolio. You can expect a varied and responsible position with direct customer contact, a high degree of personal responsibility, and diverse tasks.

Your tasks:

• Independent implementation of condition analyses as well as implementation of smaller construction projects and support with larger construction projects
• Independent processing of damage and insurance cases including comparisons of offers and creation of loan applications
• Preparation of rent analyses for residential properties as well as collaboration in the analysis of commercial properties
• Professional implementation of inspections and handovers of commercial properties
• Structured management and processing of pending item lists for owners
• Support with budget preparation and year-end audit as well as creation of SIV
• Checking of utility cost statements in cooperation with management and calculation of relevant return ratios
• Independent execution of the reminder process as well as adjustment of indexed rents and reference interest rates
• Creation and processing of commercial lease agreements and contract addenda
• Independent recording and mutation of lease agreements as well as implementation of rent analyses in the management system RIMO
• Advising owners on market rents, location potentials, and strategic management measures
• Independent communication with customers on operational topics as well as creation and explanation of loan applications and recommendations for action
• Structured and target-group-oriented preparation of EGTPending item lists

You bring with you:

• Sound knowledge in real estate management as well as in tenancy law and rent structuring
• Experience in technical and commercial management as well as in the preparation of rent analyses and loan applications
• Good user knowledge in RIMO and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as stylish oral and written communication
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high quality awareness and reliability
