Tasks ##

As Head of Facility Management and Technology, you bear the overall responsibility for the maintenance and operation of Schule Aegerten as well as the associated outdoor objects. Schule Aegerten is located in Kreis 3 (Alt-Wiedikon) and currently comprises 4 kindergartens, 5 lower primary classes and 5 middle school classes as well as all-day care from 7.00 to 18.00.
To the main tasks of the Head of Facility Management and Technology include:

• Leadership of all facility management staff
• Recruitment of new employees
• Administrative and organizational work, including creation of duty rosters as well as ensuring substitutions
• Responsible for maintenance, interim and basic cleaning (this also includes the performance of cleaning work by yourself)
• Regular inspection of the buildings as well as the technical systems and devices incl. key management
• Cooperation with tradespeople and administrative departments
• Support of the management team in school development and close cooperation with the entire school team and other users of the school facility

Profile ##

• Eidg. Fachausweis Hauswart / Instandhaltung
• Completed vocational training (preferably in the manual-technical field) or equivalent training
• Preferably professional experience in the field of facility management
• Experience in personnel management
• Very good knowledge of modern information and communication technologies and very good oral and written German skills
• Resilient and flexible personality with high social, organizational and communication competence
• Willingness to work closely with different stakeholder groups
