Healthcare Specialist 60-100%

For a retirement center in Zürich, we are looking for a healthcare specialist 80-100% starting immediately or by arrangement, who contributes to a high quality of life for our residents with commitment, expertise, and empathy.

Tasks:

• Care & support of the residents according to nursing guidelines
• Professionally apply medications & medical techniques
• Maintain nursing documentation & nursing needs in CareCoach / RAI
• Assume daily responsibility & coach the team
• Professionally handle concerns of the residents and relatives
• Contribute to quality management & in the training of apprentices

Profile:

• FaGe EFZ training
• Joy in long-term care & daily responsibility
• Team spirit, organizational talent & heart for people
• Very good German skills
