Your RAI knowledge gives our teams security

Do you know RAI not just from theory and want to use your knowledge where it is needed in everyday life? At SAWIA, you bring clarity to assessments, further develop processes, and support our teams in applying RAI safely. For 59 residents and six teams, you take on a specialist task with creative freedom – without direct nursing and without shifts in the regular nursing care plan.

Your tasks

You check RAI-LTCF assessments for quality and traceability and support planning upcoming recognize need for improvement, suggest concrete measures and accompany their implementation in training and advise employees in a practical manner and convey technical content work closely with the HF team and practice development and strengthen the knowledge transfer between the uses RAI-Soft and the Lobos-nursing manager and support reliable processes in assessment and documentation.

Your profile

Nursing degree HF or FH as well as a completed RAI expert training suitable for the instrument used. Practical professional experience in long-term care and sound application experience with RAI-LTCF. Reliable practical knowledge in an independent, careful and structured way of working. You can also orient yourself even with limited professional handover and priorities German language skills for consulting, training and documentation as well as joy in constructive cooperation.

You are not assigned to any single nursing apartment. Your assignment takes place during the week, without weekend services. At least one full working day per week is intended; we will agree on the assignment days excluding Tuesdays.
