In the role as Team Leader Inheritances, you take responsibility for a specialized team and are the central contact person for the Winterthur and Oberland regions. Together, you ensure that our clientele is optimally cared for in sensitive phases of life and can rely on our expertise.

Your tasks

• Leading and developing a team of 5 employees
• Advising customers on matrimonial property law, inheritance law, and adult protection law, and drafting the necessary regulations such as wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, advance directives, etc.
• Managing executor mandates and inheritance divisions on behalf of the heirs, as well as taking over mandate management from other employees
• Exploiting existing business potential thanks to needs-oriented and comprehensive advice
• Being responsible for the further development of inheritance services and actively participating in projects
• Representing the team internally and externally
• Acting as the central contact person for the Winterthur and Oberland regions in all matters regarding inheritances

Your profile

• Completed higher professional education (law studies, notary patent, or comparable training)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in inheritance consulting and in the execution of inheritance divisions, preferably at a financial service provider
• Very good knowledge of Swiss matrimonial property law, inheritance law, and adult protection law, as well as a flair for complex issues
• High advisory competence in dealing with demanding customer situations and sensitive phases of life
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in dealing with people characterize you
• With your winning, confident appearance, you motivate employees and lead them to success
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English skills; any further language is an advantage
