In doing so, you are the personal contact person for residents regarding concerns and questions about living. Management does not only take place from the office: You are regularly on-site and know "your" properties and cooperative members. Together with the caretakers, you coordinate optimal maintenance for the properties and the surrounding area. The goal is for the tenants to feel completely comfortable in their residential settlement. (New) rentals are coordinated by you: From the advertisement through to the viewing, up to the apartment handover and takeover. Administrative work in the background is also handled by you. You prepare final statements and charge services to the tenants. An internal department is responsible for the detailed real estate accounting.
