Education Officer with program management responsibility for FH Midwifery, 80-100 %

In the area of Nursing and Midwifery education, we train over 400 apprentices and students annually. All specialists in the nursing and midwifery teams and the vocational trainers on the wards work together with the education officers to ensure high quality of training. We are looking for a motivated personality for our training team as of 1 July 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• As the head of the FH Midwifery training program, you are supraordinately responsible for planning, organization, the practical curriculum, and transfer coaching.
• You control, plan, and accompany the training process of tertiary-level students (HF/FH nursing, FH midwifery) in the area of the Women's and Children's Clinic. In doing so, you support them in their individual learning and development process and take on personnel leadership.
• You bear responsibility for formative and summative assessments.
• You design transfer lessons in the classroom and conduct learning sequences in practice.
• You ensure compliance with legal, institutional, and education-specific requirements and simultaneously engage in the strategic further development of training, in projects, as well as in public relations.

Profile ##

• Completed university of applied sciences degree in the field of midwifery (Bachelor or Master)
• Training as a vocational school teacher/adult educator
• Training and teaching experience
• Independent way of working with strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills
• High presence and communication skills
• A winning, team-oriented, solution-oriented, and resilient personality
