Tasks ##

• You lead the department in a goal-oriented manner and promote and challenge employees according to professional, social, and economic principles.
• You take responsibility for the holistic care and support of our residents.
• You are responsible for quality development and ensure compliance with hygiene, nursing, and training regulations.
• You actively participate in nursing and support the team.

Profile ##

• Pronounced ability for holistic and networked thinking
• Well-rounded professional experience in the care of people with dementia as well as the ability to win employees over to common goals and create a climate of trust and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Leadership training or willingness to complete such
• Resilience, flexibility, high social competence as well as good communication skills, written and oral
