Tasks

In this versatile task, you will accompany and support people with mental impairments within the framework of assisted and supported living. In doing so, you will specifically promote the individual resources as well as the independence of the clients. You will take over the planning, implementation, and reflection of care processes and work closely with internal and external specialist agencies as well as relatives. In addition to direct care work, primary caregiver duties as well as reporting are also part of your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the further development of the offering and the quality of care. Participation in team meetings, supervisions, and further training, as well as cooperation with authorities, therapists, and legal guardians, rounds off your diverse field of activity.

Qualification

• Completed training as Dipl. Sozialpädagoge / Sozialpädagogin HF
• Experience in working with people with mental impairments
• Empathic, resource-oriented actions
• Understanding and patience
• Independent and structured way of working
• Readiness to undertake basic nursing activities
• Driver's license required
