• Co-responsible for the monthly and annual payroll processing of the 4 companies
• Specialist for complex questions in the areas of payroll, social insurance, time management and assignments
• Co-responsible for the complete payroll administration
• Support and promotion of digitalization
• Co-development and control of all payroll-relevant processes
• Continuous further development or optimization of existing processes
• Close cooperation and exchange within the payroll team

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Education and further training in the field of payroll or human resources
• Experience in payroll is a prerequisite
• Experience in the field of project and process management
• Joy in helping to shape dynamic and scalable processes
• Do not shy away from high-volume ticketing and enjoy rolling up your sleeves
• Mandatory very good user knowledge in SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, organizational management and SAP time management
