ARCHITECT PROJECT MANAGER IN THE FIELD OF EXECUTION

YOUR PROFILE

— Completed architecture studies
— At least 8 years of experience in execution planning in Switzerland
— Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD and enjoyment of working in 3D
— Structured, responsible way of working
— Independent, high-quality plan processing (building applications, construction and detail plans)
— Team spirit and strong communication skills
— Experience in dealing with clients, authorities and planners
— Sensitivity to existing and historical building fabric
Ideally, you bring experience in leading GP mandates and monument preservation
— Confident German in speaking and writing (Level C1)

— Project management across all planning phases
— Efficient control of the planning process
— Management of external partners to ensure high quality standards in architecture and construction
— Responsibility for the design and constructive implementation
— Collaboration in planning and realization
