Job description:

For our customer, we are looking for a: Senior UX Designer / Full-Stack UX Designer for a long-term project in the field of Digital Banking.

In this role, you will accompany the entire UX process from research and ideation through conception and prototyping to validation, specification and quality assurance. Together with the specialist departments, you will design and evaluate user flows, screens, journeys and features for digital banking channels on web and mobile.

Your tasks specifically include:

• Conducting UX research and user tests as well as deriving relevant insights
• Development of user journeys, user flows, screens and interactive prototypes
• Conception and design of new features for web and mobile banking
• Cooperation with different business stakeholders and recording of their functional needs
• Translation of research and test results into concrete UX/UI solutions
• Ensuring high UX/UI quality during implementation
• Consistent application of existing brand guidelines as well as design and interaction patterns
• Working with extensive design systems as well as their requirement-oriented further development
• Consideration of the relevant guidelines for Apple and Android applications

Our customer is an established company in the Swiss financial services environment with a strong focus on digital banking solutions and a consistent, high-quality user experience across web and mobile channels.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years relevant professional experience at senior level
• Sound experience as a Full-Stack UX Designer along the entire UX process
• Very good knowledge in UX research, ideation, conception, prototyping, validation and user testing
• Sound knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles
• Experience in the design and evaluation of user flows, screens, journeys and features
• Experience in stakeholder management and in cooperation with various specialist departments
• Confident handling of extensive design systems
• Experience in the conception of mobile applications for iOS and Android as well as knowledge of the corresponding guidelines
• Ability to translate research and test data into concrete user flows and UI concepts
• German at C2 level or approximately native speaker

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking or financial services environment
• Experience with complex digital platforms and large design systems
