Ensuring smooth operational operations and high data and process quality across our marketplace products Analyzing and processing operational issues from partners and internal stakeholders Documentation, analysis, and optimization of business and operational processes, including identification and accompaniment of automation potential Recording, structuring, and prioritizing technical and professional requirements and creating user stories for Product and Engineering Close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to successfully implement new solutions Support with testing, releases, and rollouts of new functions and processes Analyzing process and system problems and contributing to root cause analysis and solution finding Analyzing operational key figures and identifying and implementing improvement and scaling potential Actively shaping efficient and future-proof processes for the further growth of our marketplace products 2–5 years of professional experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or a comparable area Strong process and analytical understanding and enjoyment of structuring and improving complex processes. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work Interest in technical topics and digital products and collaboration with technical teams Experience in handling digital business tools (e.g., ticketing or automation) Very good German language skills and good English language skills Experience in a SaaS, platform, or marketplace environment Knowledge of CRM systems like Zoho Experience in collaboration with Product or Engineering teams Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and/or system integrations At Comparis, we believe that we achieve the best results with self-responsible action by all employees.
