On behalf of the Disability Insurance (IV) and the Unemployment Insurance (ALV), SANTIS Training AG offers practical programs for vocational integration at five locations in German-speaking Switzerland. Our goal is to provide sustainable support for people in their (re-)entry into the primary labor market.

For our Zürich-Altstetten location, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Job Hunter / Placement Consultant, starting by agreement. In this role, you will actively accompany and support IV-insured youths and adults in their job search. You are responsible for the targeted acquisition of internships and jobs and work closely with companies to create sustainable integration solutions.

Your tasks:

• Active acquisition and placement of internships and jobs
• Building and maintaining sustainable company contacts
• Direct contact with employers via telephone, email, and in person
• Suitable matching between learners / participants and companies
• Support of companies during internships and employments
• Accompanying the learners / participants in the application process

Your profile:

• Proven track record as a Job Hunter or Placement Consultant with very good labor market knowledge, ideally in the IT sector
• Experience in the acquisition of placement positions and/or jobs as well as good networking in the economy
• Good intuition for people and suitable positions
• High persuasiveness, communication skills as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Winning, team-oriented personality with a good mix of high social competence and assertiveness, tenacity, and frustration tolerance
• Very good PC skills (MS Office, job portals, and social media)
