Following the introduction of the Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules, the next expansion steps with Performance & Goals as well as Learning are already imminent. Together with the Business Services HXM team, you will continuously develop the platform and actively help shape the HR system landscape of the Canton of Zürich. Your tasks Supervising, further developing, and optimizing the cantonal SAP SuccessFactors solutions for Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central. Analysis of functional requirements and development of technical solutions together with the Personalamt and the specialist departments. Participation in and leadership of sub-projects in exciting ventures surrounding SAP SuccessFactors. Advising the specialist departments and coordinating cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external partners. Ensuring stable application and service operations. Co-shaping the further development of the HR system landscape and the next expansion stages of SuccessFactors. Your profile University degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. Experience in the application management of SAP, ideally with knowledge of the classic SAP HR modules (PA/OM); alternatively, experience in the support of complex business applications. Lateral entry possible: several years of experience in the HR environment with high IT affinity and good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors – you want to dare the step into IT. Strong understanding of technical contexts, interfaces, and the integration of business applications. Experience in participating in or leading IT projects as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders.
