The MF-Auslandschaden team of Zurich - Swiss Interclaims - processes claim cases caused by insured persons with foreign claimants at home and abroad. We also represent the National Guarantee Fund and the National Insurance Office and, in this context, handle claim cases involving unknown or uninsured motor vehicles, as well as damage events involving foreign motor vehicles in Switzerland.

What you do

• You carry out coverage, liability, and claim examinations
• You clarify facts of claim cases in motor vehicle liability
• You have regular contact with insured persons, claimants, legal representatives, insurance companies, experts, and authorities at home and abroad
• You answer customer inquiries as part of your activity as an information office of the National Insurance Office and the National Guarantee Fund
• You determine possible recourse and initiate the collection process

What you bring

• Successfully completed commercial training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in motor vehicle claims processing
• High customer and service orientation
• Distinct negotiation skills
• Very good oral and written German and English skills
