SanoVeaCare AG is building a modern Spitex in the Zurich area. For this, we are looking for an experienced nursing professional who will take on responsibility together with our Nursing Service Management and actively help shape our nursing care.

Your task:

• Deputy of the Nursing Service Management
• Case management, care planning and evaluation
• Needs assessment and care documentation
• Ensuring correct service recording
• Professional support and coaching of employees
• Participation in quality, hygiene, medication and emergency organization
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives and other partners
• Participation in direct care

What you bring with you:

• Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH or a recognized equivalent qualification
• at least two years of professional experience in comprehensive care
• Leadership experience and/or leadership further training
• Knowledge of KVG-compliant billing of nursing services
• Spitex experience is an advantage
• interRAI HomeCare knowledge is an advantage
• independent and responsible way of working
• very good German language skills

A professional practice permit from the Canton of Zurich is required for the function. If you do not have one yet, we will support you with the application.
