Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept from the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was created in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The establishment is located in the modern trend district "The Circle" directly at Zürich Flughafen and has 100 seats in the indoor area as well as an additional 50 seats in the outdoor area.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Kitchen Assistant (a) 60-80%

per sofort or by arrangement

Your versatile activities:

• Cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes 🧽
• Support with preparation tasks in the kitchen 🍳
• Compliance with all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅
• Maintaining order in storage areas and the kitchen 🗄️
• Support with the preparation of the Mise en Place for lunch and dinner service 🍴

Your talents & experiences:

• Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨🍳
• Good German language skills in speech 🗣️
• You work cleanly and precisely ✨
• A hands-on mentality is one of your strengths 🛠️
• Helpfulness and team spirit characterize you 🤝
